that embarrassing moment when you realise that you have been capitalising Lost the whole time you talk about it, because then titles are in capitals but it isn’t actually meant to be in capitals.

Hope everyone had a nice christmas.
So, basically someone at the charity shop I work...
The charity shop I work at deals with furniture and electricals, and to get their stock, they arrange to pick up and collect donated second hand furniture etc.
In this particular case, the woman donating furniture and electrical items specifically asked for two bin bags not to be picked up and taken to the warehouse. However, somehow this was misinterpreted by the drivers, and they picked it up,...
